With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

The Shires Tempest Original 200 Turnout Rug and Neck Set provides medium weight warmth, ideal for colder weather and offering great layering options in changing conditions.
The neck cover attaches securely to the rug and fastens with touch close straps. This rug features a 200g polyfill insulation and a 600 denier ripstop outer shell. It utilises ShireTex® fabric technology, ensuring it is waterproof and breathable with taped seams and a DWR (durable water repellent) finish. This product is PFC free.
The rug is WarmaRug Compatible, allowing you to upgrade its warmth rating using separate rug liners in 100g or 200g.
