With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

It is high in digestible fibre and includes live yeast, FOS, and MOS to help maintain digestive health and condition. The recipe is whole cereal and molasses free, low in sugar and starch, making it suitable for those prone to laminitis.
Spillers Senior Super Mash contains quality protein to help maintain muscle tone and topline. It benefits from an appetising apple aroma released during soaking, which aids palatability. It can be used in addition to other feeds, on its own, or as a total hay replacer.
To prepare, place the required amount of Spillers Senior Super-Mash in a bucket and add 1.5 times the volume of water. Leave to soak for 2 minutes or until the water has been fully absorbed. Check the consistency is suitable for your horse or pony before feeding. Warm water may be required to achieve optimum soaking time.
