With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

The Tech Stirrups Venice Sloped M Stirrups offer a sleek look and an increased level of safety for riders.
These stirrups feature Tech Stirrups' innovative Safety Design, a mechanical system that allows the foot to be freed when pressure is applied on the outer arm of the stirrup. This outer arm then returns to its original position when the pressure is released. The Venice Safety Design is extremely resistant, ideal for all-weathers and environmental conditions, and is manufactured with the best metals. This design has also been subject to several stress tests to ensure its function.
The Venice Sloped M Stirrups are equipped with an inclined (2.5°) footbed with a grip specifically studied for use by show jumpers and eventers, in all weathers. This angle helps to encourage a 'heels down' position and the footbed can also be replaced if required. All Tech Stirrups are manufactured from recyclable and eco-sustainable metal, with minimal production waste and a plastic-free structure, and are engraved with subtle Tech branding for a smart finish.
