With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure.
The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse’s mouth. The Bomber Blue is a unique bit which produces amazing results for the majority of horses. The mouthpiece is ported to give tongue relief. The nylon composite material is light in the mouth and encourages salivation. It is particularly well suited to horses that object to metal mouthpieces.
The Loose Ring is {brandName}'s preferred cheekpiece. {brandName} highly recommends using a bit strap on a loose ring, as it stabilizes and minimizes the mouthpiece sliding through the mouth. Consider bit rubbers as a precaution.
The mouthpiece is the first choice for starting any young horse; it is easily accepted, gives tongue relief, is light, non-metal, and encourages salivation. If in doubt, go with {brandName}'s suggested thickness for your width. The 4 available ports have been scaled according to each width. This ensures accurate fitting over the bars and eliminates the rocking movement which occurs when the port is too wide.
