With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

Covered in the most luxurious velvet and trimmed to perfection, the Fian offers a slim tan harness to create a supremely elegant appearance. The traditional satin headband with incorporated draw lace adjusts the height of the helmet so it cradles the head.
This helmet provides a very deep fit for a long oval head shape.
This helmet is designed to absorb some of the energy of a blow by partial destruction of the shell or protective padding material or both. This damage may not be visible and therefore any helmet which suffers an impact should be discarded and replaced by a new one.
Helmets should be stored at ambient temperature out of direct sunlight. Never leave Your hat in a hot car or in direct sunlight. Keeping a riding helmet fresh through regular cleaning will prevent odours and mould developing inside the headband and ultimately prolong the life of the helmet. It is really important to use cleaning products that are specially formulated for use inside a riding helmet. This helmet should not be dry cleaned, exposed to solvents, or put in the washing machine/dishwasher. Make no modifications to the helmet.
