With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

Mountain Horse Protective XTR Lite Jodhpur Boots are sturdy, lightweight protective footwear made in hard-wearing oily full-grain leather. They feature an anatomically engineered lightweight aluminium toe for comfort.
The Mountain Horse Protective Jodhpur XTR Lite meets the demanding and rigorous CE: EN ISO 20345:2022 SB E standard for safety shoes. The inside of the foot features the ShockX Advanced insole system with a solid core base consisting of a cushioning high-performance polyurethane material. The ShockX Advanced uses different elevation levels to disperse weight distribution more evenly and effectively, providing exceptional comfort and cushioning.
The outsole consists of a dual-density construction where the inner core uses a cushioning and shock-absorbing PU material for extra comfort, while the outside surface is made of durable rubber for better oil, acid, and abrasion resistance. The inner siped-inspired treads help to shed water away more effectively, making the outsole more slip-resistant in wet conditions. The lining consists of a lightweight and moisture-wicking technical mesh, and the upper is made of premium hard-wearing full-grain leather for extra resilience and durability.
