With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Refunds can be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused andundamaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Labels must still be attached an in original packaging.
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.

The Kentucky Show Rug Velvet is a signature rug, extremely popular, and a real eye-catcher with its chic velvet style.
The Show Rug Velvet ensures you will stand out in the stables. The rug has a 160g filling and is perfect during winter to use as a stable rug at home or at shows. The outside of the rug features a soft and chic velvet fabric and a sophisticated cube quilted layer, which makes it harder for horses to tear the rug. The inside of the rug has an artificial rabbit skin lining that avoids rubbing marks. The artificial rabbit skin also creates tiny air pockets that form an isolated layer around your horse and keeps them extra warm. The rug can be fastened with two double front closures and two surcingles that are finished off with the signature Kentucky artificial leather patches.
The velvet rug is washable at 30 degrees and keeps its softness after washing. The bungee cord can easily be cleaned with a wet cloth, because of the plastic cover.
